We are looking for a Junior Sommelier and an apprentice Commis Waiter/ Waitress. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop knowledge in food and wine service.
You will be responsible for a section within the restaurant, ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded and delivery of a high standard of service.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday, Bank Holidays and 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year
